What a "Mistical" Lake

Okay sorry about my title, I know it was bad (the title). However, the book Mistik lake by Martha Brooks is very sweet. The main character is Odella, who is grief stricken about how her mother has left her to move to iceland with a man named Einor (Spoiler: Only to have a child named marina with him and give birth to her in Iceland, she is 4 years old).  She finds out her mother dies and she is now in charge of her 2 younger sisters Sarah and Danielle. She now is intertwined with her job as a mother to them and her partying life and dating life. This is until she meets Jimmy (Bland name) Tommasson, who she falls in love with, if your wondering.

The main point of the story is that family and love can overcome any problems, even if the problems are somewhat catastrophic (i.e spoilers: Her mother was the one who dared the driver to go into the lake, Aunt Gloria is a lesbian and has been in a relationship, Odella is Mr.Isefeld's daughter, and that her mother was pregnant with a child when she went to iceland). But love did as well so I believe that love and family help out the story the most
