Hip-Hip HOOORAY: Ah, aren't the dead lovely?

Warning! Don't like blood, guts and gore...Don't read! ANd spoilers as usual~

Corpse Party (and in this case the manga version Blood covered)is a truly

blood curdling story line, that even I can't help but sleep with one eye open at night, and that's something to say!

But seriously, all jokes aside, god this manga made me cry oceans...in fear...

Heres the 1 minute lore special:

Okay the story starts with the group minus yuka and Shishido gathered around candles in the classroom, horror stories and then a creepy authentic imitation of a horror story is told, thanks to Shishido, who wanted to scare the daylights out of them. Yuka comes and brings her brother Satoshi an umbrella because it is pouring out and the group of friends have to clean the classroom. Because it is Mayu's last day, Ayumi gets the Perfect Idea! Preform this thing called Sachiko ever after, Which ends up just being (SPOILER, DUH, DON'T READ IF YOU WANT TO READ THE STORIES AND PLAY THE GAME!!) Just a lie that Naho, a paranormal writer and fake-ghost that trolls the characters the whole time. On a lighter, okay maybe not light but, they rip sachiko's summoning doll and the grounds splits, then they are sucked into a rotting, destroyed elementary school called the Heavenly host elementary school. Where you survive against loads of deadly ghosts who all want to kill you, the girl sachiko, who wants to, again, kill all of the characters, and watch all of the side characters go insane and kill the main characters. Have fun!

All the characters you need to know

Satoshi Mochida:

Main boring old Protagonist, and for some reason, almost every single girl in this series loves him.....Yeah, LOVES HIM.

Yuka Mochida:

Satoshi's Little sister, who got dragged into the manga due to the rain, and is forced, I believe, to die in the game in some of the wrong endings. Also, she still needs to pee, my god.

Naomi Nakashima:

SHe can be a spoiled little brat at times, and it shoes when she (SPOILING PLOT HERE) twists her ankle and makes her BFF Seiko, commit suicide and become a vengeful ghost. Nice Friend she is!

Yoshiki Kishinuma:

Probably the best character in the whole series and all of the above, Yoshiki is in love with Ayumi, who loves Satohi. However, Yoshiki cares for all his friends equally, but is jealous of the lady man, Satoshi-kun.

Ayumi Shinozaki:

The class rep. and avid horror story lover, but she is the biggest scaredy cat in the series, close to Yuka. She is prone to being possessed and well, choking.

Ms.Yui Shishido:

The teacher (A.K.A The oldest) in the group, she is amazing!

Seiko Shinohara:

Naomi's Friend, who secretly loves her, and commits suicide because of her love Naomi pushes her away and yells at her.

Mayu Suzumoto:

She is the reason they're playing Sachiko ever after, that's why she sucks, but no worries:

Morishige Sakutoru:

Demented, weirdo. Yep.

I loved this book, you know why? It is spine chilling, and amazingly enough, it wasn't a "Hi, I'm gonna scare the daylights out of you in the first chapter!" Type of thing, it was more of an atmosphere that is/was so scary and disgusting that you kind of wanna go and throw the book in a fire. then the deaths and the blood on the walls and the corpses, god, it's horrible.
